Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar” is the largest private university in Bulgaria. It is an established academic center that combines the training of Bulgarian and foreign students in priority areas for the country and creates an internationally convertible and competitive scientific and academic product. STUDIES FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS
The Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar” provides Bulgarian language studies and specialized training to foreign citizens who would like to study at Bulgarian universities (full time and the duration is 1 year).
Tuition fee for the Bulgarian language course: € 2300 (the language course tuition fee is deposited upon enrolment in the course)

Varna Free University is an educational brand, familiar not only in Bulgaria but also all over Europe, Asia, Africa and America. Today we develop a modern university, open to the citizens of the world.
Varna has a great location and it has a mild climate throughout the year. The coldest time during the year is usually from December to Mart, in which the average temperature is between 5 and 10°C. The summer begins in early May and lasts until early October.
Varna is accessible by air (Varna International Airport), sea (Port of Varna Cruise Terminal), railway (Central railway station), and road. There are bus routes to many Bulgarian and international cities from two bus terminals. There are also train, ferry and roll-on/roll-off services to Odessa, Ukraine, Port Kavkaz, Russia, Poti and Batumi, Georgia.
Varna was awarded the title of European Youth Capital 2017. Today Varna is a modern city with a rich cultural calendar. Two of the most modern multifunctional halls in the county are situated here: the Palace of Culture and Sports and the Festival and Congress Center. This allows the conducting of multiple international cinema festivals, scientific forums and sports events.
